Transcripts may be ordered online or stop by the office from Monday to Friday, 9Am- 5PM.  You may order an electronic transcript (PDF) or opt to receive a paper copy by mail. The official transcript includes all undergraduate and graduate academic work completed at GCS. Official paper transcripts are signed, impressed with the GCS official seal, and placed in a sealed envelope that will be sent directly to the recipient you indicate.  There is a $5 fee for each transcript ordered. The fee for electronic transcripts is $5. GCS reserves the right to withhold transcripts until all financial obligations to the college have been satisfied.
